Clarion Congress Hotel Prague

The whole festival and accommodation will be provided under one roof of Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. You will find here everything you need during your stay in Prague.

The Hotel is connected to the Fénix Shopping Gallery, a wellness and fitness centre and underground car parks.

The centre of Prague can be reached from here by metro in 10 minutes, the Airport by metro and bus in 55 minutes, and the Main train station by metro in 20 minutes.

The location of Clarion Congress Hotel Prague is suitable for sightseeing.

Accommodation and meals

Sleep, eat, attend the festival and even shop, all within the conference area. In addition you may relax in the wellness centre.

All nominated delegates are offered a free stay in Clarion Congress Hotel Prague**** in double rooms from 24. 3. to 27. 3. 2022. Registration for free accommodation is included in the registration form. If you would like to arrive earlier or stay longer, you must communicate with the hotel in advance, paying extra for the extra days. The offer does not apply for delegates' family members or friends.

The accommodation includes breakfasts, lunches, dinners and afternoon coffee breaks, starting with breakfast on Thursday 24th March and ending with lunch on Sunday 27th March. Moreover, the hotel is directly connected to the Fénix Shopping Gallery with a food court.

Check-in is from 14:00 and Check-out is by 12:00. Please respect the Rules of Accommodation during your stay. Please be aware that the local fee is 50 CZK per person / night. This amount is not included in the room rate (paid by the organizer Elixir to Schools) and will be paid by each participant on the day of arrival at the hotel reception.
